BID Leicester is seeking up to two new Trustees to join its Board and help shape the future of Leicester city centre.

We are inviting applications from senior representatives of BID levy-paying businesses who are passionate about Leicester and want to play a key role in supporting businesses, influencing projects and helping guide the strategic direction of the BID.

The successful applicants will join the BID Leicester Board alongside fellow Trustees, working with the Chair, Vice-Chair and BID Director to oversee delivery of the BID Business Plan and contribute towards strategic decision-making.

Board members play an important role in helping shape BID Leicester’s work, providing oversight of finances and resources, representing the interests of levy-paying businesses and acting as ambassadors for both the BID and the wider city centre.

BID Leicester is keen to hear from applicants who:

  • Represent a BID levy-paying business within the BID area
  • Hold a senior or leadership role within their organisation
  • Can bring a new sector perspective or expertise not currently represented on the Board

Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience in areas such as strategic planning, financial management, marketing and collaborative working.

Board meetings take place quarterly in Leicester city centre, with additional opportunities to support BID projects, events and initiatives throughout the year.

BID Leicester is committed to being an inclusive organisation and welcomes applications from individuals of all backgrounds and communities, particularly those currently underrepresented.
