Leicester Restaurant Week returns to the city from 19 October to 1 November 2026, inviting food lovers to enjoy two weeks of great food, discover somewhere new or revisit an old favourite.

Now in its sixth year, the city-wide celebration is once again running across two weeks, following the success of last year’s extended format. From independent venues and established city-centre favourites to much-loved chains, there will be plenty to choose from, whether you’re looking for brunch, lunch or an evening meal.
With 33 venues already signed up and 41 deals confirmed, there is plenty to choose from – and more restaurants and offers are expected to be added in the run-up to the event. So far, the 2026 line-up includes:
Hive & Honey, O.W at The Grand, Madras Flavours, Grays Kitchen, The Frame, Sonrisa, Turtle Bay, Zizzi, Nando’s, My Delhi, Maki & Ramen, Art’s Greek Cuisine, Dough What, Bryter Moon Deli, Giggling Squid, Crafty, Veeno, Slim Chickens, Pho, Esquires, Chutney Ivy, Watson’s Cocktail Bar, The Globe, Five Fox Lane, Casa Romana, Bills, Phoenix Café Bar, Kayal, Cosy Club, Merchant of Venice (Granby Street & Loseby Lane), Herb, Bistrot Pierre.
New to both Leicester Restaurant Week and the city, O.W at The Grand will be offering 30% off its entire menu, including drinks, while Leicester favourite Grays Kitchen makes its Restaurant Week debut with a beer and burger for £15. Chutney Ivy will be serving up 50% off its A La Carte menu, while families can enjoy a meal out for less at The Globe, where up to two children can eat for £5 each with one paying adult. Elsewhere, Casa Romana will be offering two courses and a drink for £25, My Delhi will have a £15 lunch experience, and Dough What will be serving up a special ‘Monster Pizza Pit-Stop’ family deal.
These are just some of the offers and experiences available across the city – many venues will also have additional deals to choose from, with more set to be announced in the run-up to the event. Whether you’re looking for somewhere new to try, an excuse to return to an old favourite or simply want to explore more of Leicester’s food and drink scene, Leicester Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to do it.
The event is hosted by BID Leicester, which is once again putting food and hospitality at the heart of its programme of activity designed to encourage people to visit, explore and enjoy the city.
Simon Jenner, Director at BID Leicester, said: “Leicester Restaurant Week is now firmly established as one of the highlights of the city’s food and drink calendar, and we’re delighted to be bringing it back for a sixth year. Extending the event to two weeks has given people even more opportunity to get involved, whether that means discovering somewhere they’ve never tried before or going back to a restaurant they already love.
“With 33 venues already signed up and more to come, there’s a fantastic range of offers taking shape across the city. We want to encourage people to make a trip into Leicester, try something different, support our restaurants and enjoy everything the city has to offer.”
The return of the Leicester Monsters will add an extra element of fun to the city during part of Restaurant Week, with eight giant illuminated monster installations appearing across rooftops, windows and unexpected corners of Leicester from 22 to 31 October, throughout the school half-term.
With restaurants offering deals throughout the two-week celebration, visitors can combine a meal out with a day exploring Leicester – and make the most of the city during the autumn break.
Applications are still open for businesses to take part. If you’re a restauranteur or business owner in the city centre / BID area who would like to get involved in Leicester Restaurant Week, please email: [email protected]
Save the Date: Leicester Restaurant Week will run throughout the city centre from Monday 19 October – Sunday 1 November 2026. Details of all the venues involved so far, and those all-important, mouth-watering menus, can be found on the website (with more to be added.)
